Doing a BGE Demo cook tomorrow at Goodwood Hardware in Baton Rouge, LA. 11 am to 1 pm.
On the menu are burgers, hot dogs, sausage, chicken, ribs, pizza, bacon wrapped jalapenos, and cookies for dessert.

Are you doing the ribs in advance, 2 hours is a pretty short demo. -RP

Yeah, ribs are starting early, pulling them off at 11:30. I have two eggs to use this year where previously we only had one demo egg. I am using the new XL for the burgers, etc. while I do the ribs in the L, then at 11:30 switch over to pizzas, then finish off the demo with cookies.
