Who better to try a new way to do "beer can chicken" on than the inlaws. Sunday, I did two chickens using the ceramic stands. One, my "old" favorite way - coated with olive oil then a combination of BGE seasoning and John Henry's "Bubbas" rub. The test came with the second chicken which was first coated with mustard instead of olive oil, then the same rubs as the first. Everyone thought that the mustard version was great. I now have a new "favorite".
