and thank you -
thanks ,, i should have taken a pic of the mess in the kitchen too
-
When I leave mine uncovered in the fridge. I have them in EVOO. Very nice ribeye. Never tried sushi. :(
Mike -
you should give it a try ,, it does not have to be raw fish,
-
Just leave it, Anne or Rebecca will take care of it
-
all on the mini,, blackend the fish while the steak was resting.. good eats .
-
bill, what do you mean, "that's all folks"? Wow, amazing cook! Pics look like they are out of Food and Wine. The steak and seafood have my mouth watering.
You certainly know your Japanese cutlery and sushi. The knives are gorgeous. Hari kari anyone? Meanwhile, I am surviving on Caveman coffee. -
I know, my friend was going to expose me to last year. Just couldn't pull the trigger. :(
Mike -
half the reason for the cook was to use the knives ,,
i hacked the fluke though, deba needs shapening and i need to study up on filleting a fluke.
2 decent nights eats,,
thanks
you got mail re : surviving -
You are delusional my friend!!!!!!!! :woohoo: My preferred method of clean up is the Greek method.
-
bill, do you fry the quail eggs to protect from salmonella? I've only had them raw. I think I would prefer them fried come to think of it.
-
Absolutely perfect
-
explain please?
-
You know........the Greek method: just take all the plates and glasses and smash them against the wall. Easy peasy. As for the cutlery, I would 'carefully' wash it, then steal it, lol.
-
frying was a safety mesasure, sunny side up with runny yolk for me ,, ever medium for ben.. but now that you mention it a steak and rice roll with a raw quail egg on top [the way they put the ikura on] sounds like a winner.
-
i am good at breaking wine glasses.. and please remind pat that i wash the dishes after the steak cooking lesson
