Seems I lost my captions (at least in the preview window). Pic's would only load at the "medium" size. Started off with some thighs for pulled chicken later in the week. The baked pot's are for the rib eyes later in the sequence. After finishing the thighs, I dropped the grid and added the steaks.
Everything turned out great.

Thanks, Mike. We like pulled chicken sandwiches, normally use off the shelf sauce, eg, KC Master Piece. My wife has her favorite seasoning she adds prior to cooking. What sauce do you use for pulled chicken? Hope to see you in Springfield.
