Thanks to all of you that gave me a response.
I check it about 11pm last night. The pit was at 240 and the meat was about 139. Figured this was going to be a bust so made a couple more adjustments to the pit viper and the dome wheel. Went to bed thinking oh well maybe I can make chili or something out of this. Woke up to find the pit at 225 and the meat at 182. Could not believe it. Just pulled them both and wrapped in foil
Think the DigiQ will be a big help but will take some getting use to. In the mean time I will check my dome thermometer.
