Lazy I've been. At least with respect to posting. Not so much with cooking, here are some of the more interesting.

Little Chef's Mediterranean stuffed pork loin



The stuffing, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, onions and pine nuts.


On the egg


Just before it got to the table


not any other pictures, but learned from Frank from Houma and did a pineapple upside down cake using his pineapple prep.


Some lazy mans pizza.



and finally last nights coffee rubbed pork tenderloin

Very strong flavors but nice.

Tonights plan is following the Peruvian chickens the other day but I have a turkey.

    Doug, very nice cooks! When do you have time to do anything else? I like the 'earrings'. You really nailed the pork tenderloin, nice char, yet slightly pink. :)
