Cowboy grillers on a small. Take a chicken breast and kinda beat to get a thinner breast. Add jalapenos peppers, pepper jack cheese top with Swamp Venom and wrap in bacon.
You can do numerous variations. This variation happenes to let me drink a couple more beers because of the heat.[p]CWM

Car Wash Mike, There was a good program on the discovery channel just last nite about tailgating and all its wierd-0s. It was very good. It is amazing the extent some of these people go to in terms of money spent on stuff.
