butt for abts

I put on a 13 pound butt can be seen in my test post
started at about 7:00 pm saturday night egg is stable at 225 it is now 11:35 and im about to go to bed and I am certainly lookin forward to ABT's tomorrow. I will pull the meat at around 180 internal
as it is my understanding that if I let it go to 200 it may be dry
got my redi check et73 all set up and hopin for the best.
I will post pictures of my adventure if it turns out right

    200° shouldn't be dry...in fact that is the temp I go to, and mine work just fine. I'd check it at 180°, and decide at that point if it could go longer, my guess is it would be fine to continue cooking. If the meat is falling apart and you can't pick it up in one piece, then it's done. The time required to raise it the 20° would be about another hour.[p]Mike in MN
