low and slow but need a change

I am always doing ribs, brisket, and butt,,,, anything that I can drop on that would be good and surprize the Family for low and slow?????

If you have a good pork butcher like I have, get some pork necks in large pieces and cook like you do ribs and then chop up and enjoy.
Not much meat but the flavor is great. You just suck the meat from the bones
Because of this post, it was a reminder, I will be doing pork necks next week -
As we type, I'm working on a recipe for Mojo Pork. I'm adapting a recipe I got from the executive chef at work for ceramic cookers. We'll know tomorrow whether or not I publish it, :woohoo:The Naked Whiz
