great weekend w/ new egg

Wow, just got my egg last week. What a great cooker.
Thursday- smoked pork loin roast w apple chips (very tasty!)
Friday- 2 spatchcocked chickens w apple chips (fantastic )
Saturday- Chicken cordon bleau ( the best yet, yahoo! )
Sunday- cooked beef jerky all day then reloaded coals and made some NY strips over mesquite.
All I have to say is THANK YOU GUYS & GALS for posting all the great how to's and recipes.
