No, just a pizza stone question. What is the standard
diameter for what should be used on the medium? Also,
I guess that would also apply to the size of wok that I
should be shopping for.

Okay, 14' will fit, but am I cutting off too much
airflow into the dome? Just doing pies in the 425 zone.
Just wondering if I could do better. Until I make my
own dough, and cook my gasket, I guess I should just
keep on keeping on.
