Why isn't this post on the OT forum?? Looks good though.
Interesting how little rub you used. I mix up my own and basically pour it out of the mixing bowl so the entire butt is completely covered with a thick coating. No mustard either. Then I rub it in. Very little falls off when I turn it to do the next side. When I'm done, it's hard to tell which side has the fat cap!I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
