Conquered the fear of homemade pizza dough tonight

Well, I was in Barnes N Noble this afternoon reading this "Encyclopedia of Italian Cooking," and after looking at pages and pages of pizza recipes, I decided it was finally time to make my own pizza dough. [p]I just used a simple recipe I found in a cookbook I had in the house - water, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil, yeast. I kneaded and mixed the dough, trying my best to form my hand like the picture showed (I had no idea what I was doing), let the dough ball rise for half an hour, then made the pizza. Well, the dough turned out perfectly! I used Spin's pizza sauce, which is always excellent. Anyway, though it did take some time to make the dough (about 50 minutes total), the end results were completely worth it, and it was SO EASY!![p]Sorry, no pictures, but this is just an encouragement to anyone out there who, like me, has been intimidated by making their own dough.
