I found this recipe in the archives, and had to post it again. I have grilled these wings twice now, and they are delicious. They should be added to the recipe list.[p]My recommendation is to cut back on the garlic powder a little bit, and squeeze 4-5 fresh limes to get the cup of juice. I cook the wings on a raised grid at 325 for about an hour, flipping and basting every 15 minutes. Don't be alarmed when the green chilies char a little bit.[p]Five pounds of wings fill the grid on my large BGE. They are not very spicy unless you go overboard with the "cayenne powder to taste", but there is plenty of flavor. I use 1/4 tsp of cayenne and then add hot sauce at the table.
