I chose pork tenderloin as my first cook, too. Butts, briskets, ribs, fish, chicken, vegetables, pies, TRex steaks, and more pork followed - all with the help of the great folks on this Forum. My stove just sits in the kitchen gathering dust.[p]Here's to many more great cooks.[p]Paul
