Well I ain't never done these before and I don't really know how to go about it, but I am going to give them a try today.[p]Anyone got any tips on how to get good results... temps, cooking times, do you need a drip pan, I assume a good beef rub and no sauce?[p]Thanx in advance for the help.[p]Jethro

Jethro,[p]Here is a link to a thread a week or so ago about beef ribs.

Jethro,[p]I've been doing these lately also. I think they are great. They have a great flavor. I do them mostly like spare ribs, but I put a Sauce on them when I wrap them in foil for the final hour.[p]

Jethro, Rub them down good and try 225-250 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours Indirect setup with drip pan. You can go longer if you'd like just keep the temp around 200. Add sauce the last 20 min to some and compare sauce verses no sauce and see what you like.
