Tonights Dinner

Cooked a tender loin for dinner tonight. Wrapped it in bacon for the first 45 minutes and then finished with indirect heat using the plate sitter. The last 10 minutes I added Sweet Baby Rays' BBQ sause. Amazing how tender/juicy it is. Will try and direct heat on the next one to see the difference. Man this is fun..... :woohoo:
