Lasagna
It all started with some roasted tomatoes and garlic smoked with some pecan chips.
Once cooked, we pureed them in the food processor and added it to a mixture of ground beef, red pepper and onions. We then assembled the lasagna and put onto the egg.
Here is what it looked like when it finished cooking.
And then onto the plate with a Caesar salad.
It was real good.

WOW, what a great cook.

Thanks Mickey,
I roasted the tomatoes for about an hour -- 375 dome. They do take on a nice smoky flavour.

Mickey,
Nope, the meat was fried up inside. I have never tried doing that part on the egg.

Thanks for the invite, haven't been down to the Capital since Veronique finished school (and that was over 10 years ago )
Yessir! - Had way too much fun last year. I really hope to see you there! -
Thanks Bente,
The tomatoes were on for about an hour. I was going to use the no cook noodles yet forgot to take them out of the freezer on time  so it was the standard noodles out of the box. The only time I tried to make homemade pasta the kitchen looked like a war zone.
