ok, now I think I have this figured out. A bit different from what it was a year or so ago. Ok so I have not posted any pic lately.

Tried the BB and used most of the tips here and on the High Mountain instruction sheet.

turned out much better than I expected.

Now ready to branch out to Turkey and beef.
Any suggestions on how long to cure Turkey?
