Anyone ever have a butt plateau in the 140's?
Options
Just wondering... Haev a 6.5 lb boneless butt on since 10pm last night and it seemed to plateau very early @ 141 rather than the usual 155-165. [p]Just wondering if anyone else had had this experience. I have done several butts and they have all plataeud in the "normal" temp range.[p]Thanks
