I'm reeeally lovin' my week old 16" hand hammered wok... Got it seasoned beautifully, I did about 20 applications of high heat to cool, cycles, using the weed burner and peanut oil.
It looks very well loved!
Ordered the "Breath of a wok" and I do have a couple other books, though the "Breath of a wok" is my favorite, so far.
Anyhow, just wondering if anybody has a particular
wok cookin' website they like a real lot.
Not looking of "average" wok cookin' site's just the extraordinary...
