Nothing special, just a few recent cooks. A good pepperoni-mushroom pizza, a few small mexican pizzas on flour tortillas, and pulled pork this weekend- about a 5 1/2 lb half-picnic that took about 8 hours and was delicious.

do you have to raise the pizza up that high? that is my next cook and I was going ot put the stone on the grate -
Thanks memphis. No, you dont have to do pizza that high. You can use your platestetter and stone and get good results.
