Started by seasoning the wok (huge thank you to TJV for great products and very quick shipping!!) then did a quick batch of "shakin' the tree shrimp" followed by a trial run at some stuffed chicken I've been thinking about, then burgers for the family, and finally a test run in the wok!

Stuffed with sausage, chopped mushrooms and onions, spinach, and my smoked pepper jack cheese. I over cooked the chicken but the flavor was great.
