Griddled sliced pork tenderloin seasoned with RedEye and dipped in melted butter. Placed in fridge to let the butter set up before griddling. Surprised it's not yellow...highest oak pollen count here in 25 years...2 1/2 times higher that the previous high. People are dropping like flies with allergy symptoms.

    I hear ya on the pollen thing, mustard yellow all over.

    Can I order OK city breakfast now: couple pork slices, two eggs over easy, hash browns with grilled onions and texas toast........

    great idea with the tenderloin, i like it. strange year up here so far, cherry trees are in blossom, was near 90 on the patio, dog swimming in 39 degree water to get out of the heat :laugh:

    should have took a few last weekend, dad had a beauty of a lake trout we tossed back, me, i got skunked :laugh: hoping for some salmon this weekend, trying a new hat out for a change of luck B)

    Wow looks great spring is here but you would not tell it here it went from 80 degrees to 40 in one day hope it will be warmer for OKC. Great job. Thanks for sharing. See you in OKC.

    Thanks, Man. That griddle belonged to my Dad, and maybe my Grandad. They're pretty common. I us it multiple ways.
