Chimed in earlier on Tim’s (GOV) thread “Long Weekend for Eggin Part 2”….
I’ve done the turkey breast (pulled) for Easter on the Egg:
Turkey breast with a goodly amount of “Etta” rub and some white Zin n the pan

After almost three of slow apple-wood smoke. In the DO with more White Zinfandel.

Kept the Egg going after the “Turkey-Etta” and have now added one additional cook for the day. Mrs. Potatohead said “I could go for a steak”
SOOO…Two club steaks marinade in my Venison Marinade for two hours and then on at 600 F.

Didn’t bother to clean and re-load for the ham and sausage tomorrow (once the fire was out), but I’ll catch that in the morning for round two of the Easter cook!
