Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Thanks to those who helped with the Large measurements vs. my original Small - worked perfectly:

Got the Large last weekend and LOVE it - seems much easier to get to temperature than the Small. Char-Grilled Oysters tonight; Turkey tomorrow.

Finished the trim work today:

Thanks everybody - feel like I owe a food pic but grilled oysters aren't so exciting.

Counter is Wild Sea granite - has a little green (to compliment the eggs :)) and grey and red to match the stone.

Again, really happy with the Large - I hope I still find ways to use the Small - I sense a DigiQ in my future...
