sorry for the personal "email" clogging the forum just wanted you to know. i got your email about the salmon cure you are doing and thought it sounded great. i replied, but not sure if it went thru.

feel free to post it. you won't be stealing any thunder... i had intended mine to turn out like yours, but mine cured too long.

i will be gone til noontime or so. sitting down for a quarterly meeting, 1stQ fed and mass taxes, 2009 fed and mass taxes, and the dreaded discussion about "how much do you want to put in your IRA?"
