Great burger

Hey All,
Found a great burger reciepe for stuffed cheese burger.
1 1/2 cups monterey jack
2 oz chop olives
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
mix into four small balls [p]1 3/4 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup fine chop red onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
mix meat make eight patties
place cheese olive ball in middle of patty top with other patty and pinch closed on all sides
cook till done.[p]four french hamburger rolls
butter and toast rolls on grill till warm server hot
