I think I met you at EBTB last year. I'm the guy who was set up next to Bill T who made salsa. I made Shrimp Diablos (shrimp stuffed jalapenos).

Lookin forward to trying your Santa Maria tri-tip tonight! I don't think I got to try it at EBTB. Will post some pics and let you know how it goes.

    OUTSTANDING! We all loved it. Best tri-tip I've made, and I've made some really good ones in the past. All of that spiciness and juiciness coming together... WOW.

    Tritip looks outstanding. That is my go to method since trying it at EBTB a few years ago!
