Morning, what's your favorite way to make ABTs. We have a washoo tourny to go to this afternoon and that's our side dish. Thanks for any input. Brett

You can see my take on them in the cooks section of my website..pulled pork, cream cheese and a little dizzy pig to kick em up a bit..

SDB, good to see you around.

My fave ABT is the extremely simple....stuffing of sage flavored breakfast sausage/cream cheese, and of course bacon wrapped. Sprinkled with BBQ rub.

I haven't been able to find any Jal's with heat since last summer. Either that or my taste buds are burned off.

I mix minced garlic in with the creamed cheese and lately have been hitting the ABT's with light dusting of rub before wrapping the bacon. Another light hit of rub and then on to the egg. When almost finished, apply a sauce of choice.

    Good Luck!

I do them with cream cheese, apricot jelly, and pulled pork, wrapped in bacon.
