I expect to cook about 300 thighs through the competition season this year. I really don't like looking at chicken much anymore.
  • JoJo, your cook sounds great :woohoo: :silly: B)
  • :woohoo: knew I loved you, Frank
Spring Hen loves you, too
  • I'm gonna try and talk Randi into doing up a couple pies for breakfast. If I can I won't be spatchcocking any chickens.

  • Where is MIKEY????
  • did you get my e-mail earlier today??

Frank is your buddy coming this year? He was a blast at the after party. I don't recall his name but he was a lot of fun. I feel bad I handed him a warm beer and he dropped it. I need to redeem myself. :)

Mmmmmm! Sounds good Doug, what kind of pies does she make. You do know we don't have full kitchen at LaQuinta.

Sounds wonderful, I can't wait. Looks like we will have a good selection. Thanks Chris.

  • I think we'll do a couple of apple pies. I was reading about what I can (and more problematic, can't) bring across the border last night and my whole plan is in an uproar, the pies might be the only thing we can do anything ahead about.

  • I'm still debating whether to do my normal teriyaki pork tenderoins and crab stuffed mushrooms or stay up all night and do pulled pork for sandwiches and southwest pork tacos...decisions.

Maybe I should just start by registering?

  • Good morning, Sunshine
Since you will be up all night anyway -- may have noticed your bus is getting hyjacked -- may as well do the pulled pork sammies
Please bring some of those farm fresh veggies B)
