Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Would be fun to cook with you and learn a few tricks. Heck, we could be upstarts and shake things up a bit in Atlanta....I'm thinking apple wood smoked pig candy wrapped watermelon rind teasers on a toothpick....

 Sorry, I'm still in a Florida groove...

yo, Clay...let me save you a 3,000 mile trip! One of my entrees at the Peoria Eggfest on June 5th will be YB's pickled watermelon rinds. Two jars worth of them flew off my plate last year!
