Has anyone used the Penzy's Breakfast Sausage Seasoning to make sausage patties?

i haven't, but if it is a traditional breakfast sausage, it's a simple enough mix to make yourself, and you probably have all the ingredients anyway.
here's a typical one...
per pound of ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage (or more)
1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (or more)
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
thing is, there are a lot of variations. but usually the "typical" breakfast sausage we remember is a sage-based one. -
I haven't either, but have used alot of their stuff having never been dissapointed.

i had a free sample of the penzey italian sausage seasoning, probably wouldnt make sausage with it, was great sprinkled into sauce and pizza though. thirdeye has a breakfast farm sausage, i think you would be happier with it

Yea, I visit their store about once a month and always find things I need. Went yesterday and came home with a sack full of things.
