Being a new egger, I have had several less-than-stellar efforts, but this cook turned out great. After a 650 degree sear for 3 minutes per side, I cooked for about 20 minutes at 350. I pulled at 140 internal. Thin slices, warm tortillas with refritos, homemade salsa, and strong margaritas. Damn good.

Looks yummy. The bark looks great - did you use a rub?
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Yep, I used Byron's Butt Rub on it - liberally. I lost a bunch of it on the grill, but the taste was great. Thanks for the compliments.
