Well, got my new medium egg today, table and all accessories. The ribs are rubbed and cooling, will go on tomorrow about 2pm. Can't wait. Next will be a beer butt chix, a pork butt, and a pizza next week. Ain't it exciting?[p]Broke it in with a Vidalia Onion Pie, which is going on the permanent rotation. Tasty tasty.[p]I broke my small egg about a year ago, don't know why I waited so long to replace it.
