<p />Couldn't pass up the opportunity for a picture. [p]A few weeks ago we made Memphis Style Ribs from a recipe in the BBQ Bible by Steven Raichlen. It was pork chops tonight using the same rub. Great Results. [p]PS: The strawberries were also fantastic![p]

Gfw,[p]I gotta stop looking at these posts in the early AM. Now I'm hungry all day for something cooked on the egg. Great pics, thanks. How long did those cook, they don't appear to be that thick?[p]Troy

sprinter, 3/3/5 minutes at about 650 degrees - not very thick, but tasty. The rub added a nice spicy flavor!
