Well first off started the BGE at 9ish cooked a breakfest pizza to start the day ! Then about 40mins ago just got my beef side ribs on the grill ...cooking at 250ish with some cherry smoke and apple juice in the drip pan ........Later today I will trow on my pork ribs and they should finish with the beef ribs ....then after the ribs come off cooking some chicken wings !!!
Any tips i'll take.....my plan is beef ribs 5-7hrs (250ish temp)
pork ribs 3-4hrs/ 250ish temp
wings 30-45 mins
