Spathcock turkey....... need cooking suggestions

Seriously, if there is room on the grill for that thing, probably the same way, but if thaty 16 pounder is too large, I'd split it at the breast bone also, and cook it in two pieces. I've never tried spatchcocking something that large, but I have seen it done on a larger tiled ceramic.(#7 size)[p]BOB
