Made these last night.
Browning turkey thighs

sauted peppers, onion, tomato,garlic
P1010035-4.jpg
added beer, thighs& pan juices,water and braised for 1 hour@350
P1010036-3.jpg
pulled turkey and added back into sauce and reduced

plated with crunchy apple cucumber salsa, pinto beans
