Not completely sober after the hocky game I fixed up some Lamburgers.
The Raws
The onion, red wine vinegar and brown sugar went together to marinate. The mint, garlic, yogurt and cuke went into tzatziki. Everything else went into the patties.
On the egg.
Sorry no finished pics, like I said, not completely sober, and those things tend to slip my mind.

I really like how you you served the lamb burgers with the tzatziki sauce, great idea! I haven't had a lamb burger for years. -

The lamb looks great. I am curious if you had flare ups with it. I have cooked lamb patties that were wrapped in bacon under the broiler and if you did not know enough to place the broiler rack down a notch you could set them on fire. LOL, I set off a few smoke alarms learning. Do you think the bacon had anything to do with the flare ups??? :woohoo:

There were lots of flames but the lamb didn't burn, I don't think I would add bacon to the mix though, alright I probably would now that you mention it, but I would miss my hair. :laugh: :pinch:
