Shrimp Scampi

Super H had 16-20 shrimp for $5.99 / lb. Got the hunkering for some scampi. Quick Google search led to:

Only mod I made was to use half and half olive oil and butter, instead of all olive oil. Served over bow-tie pasta. It was a hit with the family.

Some sausages and zucchini to cook also.

Added shrimp back after reducing the white wine



Very tasty meal. Even the zucchini was a hit with the kids
