Why did I wait so long?

I posted earlier that it's been 20 years since I had an egg. It was one of the brittle ones referred to in the booklet, the dome cracked and I was leary of putting$800 back into one.

BIG MISTAKE. My first cook tonight was beer can chicken with sweet potatoes, asparagus and Vidalia onion Kisses.

I'd forgotten how fast and how well these things cook. But I'm preaching to the choir.

    so many ppl ask that question. I have no idea why I hesitated b4 I bought my first one. After that I did not hesitate to wait, I went out and bought more. :P
