Tried the Hot&Spicy Szechwan Beef recipe from the book that came with my wok. It was not hot or spicy , they did not get that recipe from PFChangs. I wish the mailman would have come sooner today with my Breath of the Wok book.

Jason, sorry it wasn't spicy enough, it certainly looked good. I just add some chinese chili sauce after it's wokked if it is not hot enough. Nice picture.

Looking good Walleye. Just add some cayenne pepper and hot pepper flakes to your sauce and be prepared for a nuclear winter - first time I used my wok I thought I was blinded and wouldn't be able to breath by the cloud that was produced when I added the sauce to the wok that had cayenne and hot pepper flakes in it.
