Here is another way to do pizza on the BGE. A bit labor intensive, but worth a try. Gets more flavor in the crust than when baking on a stone. The crusts may puff up like a pita bread ( an option for any leftowver dough) while cooking the first side. Just flatten with a spatula when turning. I try for about 450 degrees to cook this way.
