We did our first spatchcock today along with an onion pie.
They both turned out better than we could ever imagine.
My wife made up a maranade of Italian dressing, K.C Masterpiece
Honey mustard sauce, and some pure maple syrup. The chicken
was in the fridge for 48 hours. It had to be the best we have
ever eaten. And we also made Mexican cornbread.
And to think that a month ago we had to ask on the Forum what a
Spatchcock Chicken was. Now we really know. Thanks to you people
on the Forum, you are making us into real Eggers!
