Chicken Jerky on the Egg!
<p />I eat alot of of chicken breast prepared all kinds a ways but I decided to make some jerky the other night. I was delightfully suprised. Marinated breasts in italian dressing for 24 hours, sliced into 1/4" strips. dipped in bbq sauce/hot sauce combo, threw in a large handful of mixed fruit wood and ran em at 175 for 4 hours. Oh yeah! What a great snack!
