our small egg has been on a constant burn since wednesday[p]wednesday evening - pork chops were waiting when i came in from school
thursday - hamburgers with red oak chips -
friday evening - chicken thighs
saturday evening - salmon steaks
and tonight chicken again -
commerical rubs and sauces - great food

In dog Beers - I have had only one !

    Nice report! What are you doing with the chicken?? It is about time for us to do chicken again.[p]Sometimes it is fun using the commercial pre-mixed stuff. Easy and usually suprisingly tasty.[p]Have fun!
