I've been playing with my Wok and the Spider on my lge BGE. I did some Chicken Stir Fry the other evening after I sobered up from the Saints win.
The Raws
Meat First
Rest of the Veggies and Seasoning
Plated with Asian Slaw. A favorite here.
I read the thread earlier--quite controversial. I think if some post OT and the idea is good for the egg then that's the way to go. I've seen many items and cooks that would adapt to the egg

That is some good looking stuff. I think if it can be adapted it doesn't matter. I am always looking for new recipes.

Very Nice!
BTW, your spider is way too clean! -
If we only cooked on the Egg what BGE said to cook it would definitely start to get boring after a bit. I think they actually meant all along for Eggheads to come up with new dishes to cook on the Egg or go with something cooked on the Egg.
I'm loving the ideas people come up with, including ideas that have no direct connection to the Egg except it came from an Egghead who is probably going to use the Egg to cook something to go with his non-Egg cooked meal, and then inform all of us whether it was a success or failure, complete with photos.
What more could we ask for in a Product/End-User relationship?

Looks great!

I did a shrimp fried rice a few weeks ago but it was gobbled up before I could turn my Canon on! The rice on the plate is good ol' Basmati.

Nice woking!Noting better than marinated chicken stir fry.I love that plate too.
I don't care if the food is cooked on the egg.I'm always looking for new recipes that can be adapted to the egg or vise versa.
BTW your egg's too clean too! :woohoo:  -
I cook three to four times a week on it. I'll be posting other pics soon of some pork butts I did for my brides office. 16 lbs of pork got eaten up by 18 people all of whom are medicos! Tee hee
-
 that looks like some fried rice behind the stirfry/basmati -- or am I hallucinating :pinch:
