When cooking pork butts for pulled pork should I trim the fat off before rubbing? :huh:

I would trim the fat that is excessive around the top and sides of the butt. Go ahead and leave the fat on the bottom. You can trip it down a little but don't take it all off.
Place the butt on the egg fat side down and smoke away. -
Some do,some don't,some will ,some won't.Strictly presonal preferance.Try em several different ways.The only correct way is the one you and the ones you are feeding like best.
