Cheddar Cricket Burger

Ground sirloin seasoned with BGE rub, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1/4 block of cream cheese, and 1 jalapeno (per burger).

Cooked direct at 400-450. Toasted the buns and threw on a slice of cheddar a minute or so before taking them off.

Once I took the burgers off I topped them with the cream cheese and diced jalapenos.
